As a country, we have been ignoring the apathy of men on almost all fronts i.e. either laws or policies or budgets or health or livelihood. Laws play one of the most important role of bringing peace and creating havoc in the lives of a citizen.
It is indeed high time that Male Rape or Rape of third gender is recognized in the same law, as mandated by Article 15. The same applies to IPC 354 as well, which your kind selves have well covered in your Bill.
