Sub: Major Anomalies in the judgement of Hon’ble Supreme Court of India dated 12th MAY 2022, in the matter of “PRABHA TYAGI VS KAMLESH DEVI”.
PRAYER:
That PWDV ACT 2005 was passed by parliament on 13 SEP 2005 and PWDV RULES 2006 were framed on 17 OCT 2006 and thereafter PWDV ACT came into force on 26 OCT 2006 after and only the formation of rules hence PWDV ACT 2005 cannot stand alone without the implementation of PWDV RULES 2006.
Therefore due to reasons and laws coupled in the attached Letter/Petition it is respectfully prayed before the CJI and his companion judges kindly Suo-moto strike off the subject matter judgement further amend the judgement as per the existing laws of India under PWDV ACT 2005 and PWDV RULES 2006 in the interest of families of this country or else citizens shall put to irreparable loss further citing this Judgement advocates will file PWDV Cases and Magistrates courts will be loaded with cases not admissible under existing law passed by Legislature.
