Men Welfare Trust (MWT) is now a registered NGO under 80G and 12A, working for upliftment or support to Distressed , abused , Homeless Men and Boys via their self supported , self volunteered activity.
Men welfare trust has been instrumental in sensitizing at various levels regarding gender related issue and legalities wrt various legislatures such as sexual harassment laws, rape laws dowry laws & also it’s misuse with relevant data, researches etc.
Corporates as part of their CSR can connect with MWT to carry out gender sensitization programs, sexual harassment at work place (SHWP) training session or any such interactive session with their work-force to exchange & impart knowledge on the prevalent laws which are integral part of the gender discourse today and effect the work places greatly.
As a compliance to the sexual harassment at work place act and sexual harassment policies at corporate where in the ICC (internal complaints committee) is required to have a member who is a social worker and/ or holds legal knowledge, corporate may get in touch with MWT to have the senior members as part of their ICC team.
MWT wishes to sensitize people at large at work places/ corporates/ educational institutions etc on the emerging risks of being at the receiving end of law misuse and how one should go about handling such situations and our volunteers would graciously connect with your company if invited to give a presentation.
