#SupremeCourt: Courts cannot make someone a victim of injustice to compensate for injustice to another, who is a victim of a crime.

It shows, how in India, when some crime against women/girls happened, feminists force police arrest any man or men, forcibly collect their DNA samples, force them to accept the crime & then based on a bad defense, death penalty may be granted.

This judgment should be an eyeopener to many proving how easy it is just not for the society but even for the Courts to convict men, even when there are ample doubts about them being the actual perpetrators of crime. This is how feminist pressure forces the system to just punish any man or men.
