In this landmark judgement CBI conduct enquiry and several police official were sent to the judicial custody. Superintendent of police Hisar Shri Anil Dawra send to imprisonment for a period of two months for committing contempt of court by filing false affidavit , Additional superintendent of police Hisar Shri Shyam Lal Goyal and SHO Hisar Shri Rajendra Singh was also send for simple imprisonment for a period of three months each and to pay a fine of rupees 1500 each and in default to further undergo simple imprisonment for 15 days each. Moreover Shri Sushil Kumar taxi driver to Suffer 1 days simple imprisonment and to fine Rs 1000 and in default to further undergo 15 days simple imprisonment for committing contempt of this code.
