We, work towards reminding the society and the Law makers in India about the Gender Neutrality imparted by the Constitution of India (Article 14, Article 15) as a Fundamental Right. Because of push from Wrong Feminism the law-making process makes more and more Anti-Men laws. We wish to submit to you our request & dire need of scrapping this draconian law i.e. IPC 498A.
We hereby submit few of many grounds, which warrants this scrapping of this law. We also extend our support to the similar submission done by Advocates and Law Students on 23rd June 2021.
