Para 8 In view of the above, a case for filing complaint under Section 340 read with Section 195(1)(b) of Cr.P.C. for making false statement before this Court, contrary to the record and for not disclosing true and correct facts is made out. This Court is of the prima facie opinion that an offence as contemplated under Sections 193, 196, 199, 200 and 209 of the Indian Penal Code appears to have been committed by the Respondent No.2 and it is expedient in the interest of justice that an inquiry be made into it by a Judicial Magistrate having jurisdiction.
