Men Welfare Trust appeals to the Judiciary and Indian Government
1) To make Sexual Harassment at Workplace Law gender neutral
2) Impose heavy punishment for misusers of this law
3) Issue guidelines to Protect identity of the accused to safeguard and life and liberty must not be impacted
In light of the Supreme Court Committee finding “NO SUBSTANCE’ in the sexual harassment complaint against Hon. Chief Justice of India, Ranjan Gogoi, Men Welfare Trust (MWT) appeals to the judiciary and the Government to make the Sexual Harassment at Workplace Law gender neutral and impose heavy punishment for misusers of this law.
